Last year there was a trend on TikTok where people posted videos based around a famous line from Marvel’s big bad guy, Thanos.

These videos featured an overweight person showing their “before” pictures, and declaring that they’ve had enough of their situation.

Then they played Thanos’ line from the end credits scene of “Age of Ultron”, where he says:

“Fine, I’ll do it myself”

Bang!

The following pictures show them toned, ripped, and looking like completely different people.

While I get their point – that people have to take the initiative to change their circumstances – I believe it’s easiest when you have the support of others.
