"Do I need to have a big email list for it?"
Personally I think people focus too much on list size and too often use it as an excuse to not take action.
While it helps to have a big list for any offer, it's not necessary with this ... it can work even with a tiny list (of course it helps that you have a good relationship with your subscribers)
