A question that I sometimes get from coaches and entrepreneurs:
Do I need to have a podcast?
While I'm a fan of podcasting and believe that having
one is a good idea for entrepreneurs, that's only if it's done properly!
The problem with a lot of people is they jump into the pool by launching their show, but they don't have the important foundational pieces in place to achieve podcasting success.
Maybe they're fuzzy on who they're targeting, or they don't have a compelling offer to send listeners to (which will make it very difficult to monetize it)
The result is a lot of wasted time, and failed podcasters running around spouting "Podcasting is dead!" or "Podcasting doesn't work!!!"
