I do my joint ventures differently than 99% of the people online.
For example:
Most do JVs where they promote a partner for a little bit, and then take a percentage of
sales from that campaign.
But I do mine as a “flat fee” – the partner pays a set amount, and then keeps 100% of the sales.
And unlike most joint ventures, I don’t send out just a handful of emails, or put up a few posts across social
media and forget about it …
When I promote my partner, I hammer the heck out of it for a full week with a podcast interview, daily emails, social media posts, multiple Facebook Live interviews and more ...
My goal is to talk about my
partner so much that coaches are sick of hearing about them!
Finally, I view my joint ventures as long-term partnerships … so when I see opportunities to refer business to my partner six months, a year, or years down the road, I’ll make the connection (I’m often tagging my previous partners into posts in The Coaching Jungle when a member needs to hire someone to
help with something specific)
I’m currently filling my final few joint venture spots for 2022, so to end your year with a bang head here!
