I have fond memories of the first time I ate at a Five Guys restaurant (there aren't any in my neck of the woods unfortunately).
While I was there, I noticed something about the place ...
It has a super simple menu!
It basically has burgers, fries and milkshakes.
It's not like The Da Vinci Code - you don't need to decipher it. it doesn't have 100's of different types of foods to appeal to everyone, yet it's super-popular and has a very loyal fan base.
Coaches can learn a thing or two from Five
Guys' approach.
I'm seeing coaches with so many offerings that it's hard to tell what they do exactly.
If you need a spreadsheet to track your offers, you probably have too many and it's going to lead to the "deer-caught-in-headlights" look from your prospects.
One of the first things I do with my clients is help them get clear on their target market and create a "simple" offer to help those people - not a bunch that will confuse them.
