The other day I posted on Facebook:
"Most coaches don't have an expense problem, they have a revenue one ..."
What I meant is while it's good to keep
expenses low, coaches (and most entrepreneurs) focus on cutting small expenses that don't really move the needle (ie: dropping their one Starbucks coffee a day, downgrading their Netflix subscription, clipping coupons, etc) when they should be focusing on bringing in additional revenue.
It's much better to earn $5k or $10k more each month than save a few
hundred on expenses!
There are two big ways to increase revenue: by making more offers, and charging more for what you sell.
Now's a great time to do this, given the current state of the economy (record-high inflation, crazy food
and gas prices, a recession in 2023) so I'm devoting space in the November issue of the Secret Coach Club hard copy newsletter to going into greater detail about this.
