I recently decided to make some changes with how I onboard my new coaching clients, to improve the overall experience.
I was using too many separate things: a patchwork including scratching notes during my sessions on paper, then typing them
into a Microsoft Word doc, uploading files to Dropbox, emailing resources to clients, etc.
It was too unwieldy!
So I reached out to Mitch Russo, a guy who knows a lot about onboarding since he created a tool called
ClientFol.io that fixes those issues.
Mitch considers himself the ideal client for ClientFol.io, because he was having some of the same challenges that all coaches have with onboarding and managing client sessions, and he built the perfect solution for that.
The January issue of Secret Coach Club is a special "onboarding guide" and Mitch has accumulated so much experience on this topic that I asked if he would do an interview about onboarding that we could include with it.
He agreed, and he shared lots of great advice - so Secret Coach Clubbers will get a transcript of the
interview inside their next mailing.
It heads to the printer soon, and the deadline to get it is tomorrow (Sunday) night at midnight EST.
