  One of the things that kills me is to see coaches not charging what they're really worth.  I've seen too many coaches working for discounted rates (or even free) and I've heard the frustration in their voices.  They're tired, frustrated, burnt-out and even starting to resent their clients. 

  I recently spoke with a coach who is pouring her heart into a group program.  It's taken her tons of energy to set it up and get clients into it ... and she's charging people just $47 for 6 weeks!   I see other examples daily while talking with others, and coaching shouldn't be like that.  Coaching should be fun, and you should be able to live a good life while impacting the lives of your clients.
