You've probably heard the theory that it takes 10,000 hours to master something ... 

Malcolm Gladwell wrote about it in his book "Outliers", and I remember reading about it in Robert Greene's book "Mastery" too ... 

10,000 hours?!?  That's a LOOOOOONG time! 

But I have a different take on the whole 10,000 hours thing, and I shot a video today to tell you more.
