It’s easy to feel alone when you’re an entrepreneur, isn’t it?
Have you seen the meme with Leonardo Dicaprio making it’s way around social media at the moment? It says:
"When you tell people 'I started my own business!' you get 4 likes and 2 comments … When you tell people 'I got the job!' you 800 likes and 133 congratulation comments"
(I have no clue if Dicaprio actually said this, but you get the point)

Working on Saturday evenings while your friends are out partying and having fun …
Thinking of business 24/7, when those in traditional jobs can shut off their "work-brains" after-hours!
I was feeling a little lonely on Tuesday night. It was about 9:25 pm, and I was looking at a few more hours of work (I’m revamping my website,
and I was reviewing hundreds of potential designs for the new site …. Fun, fun, fun!)
So I decided to take a break and pop over to Facebook to share a quote that resonated with me at that moment:
"I SACRIFICE. I WORK HARD. I WORK SMART. I AM A PROFESSIONAL, I AM BUILDING MY EMPIRE. I AM THE MASTER OF MY DESTINY. I AM AN … ENTREPRENEUR"
I asked if I could get an "Amen" from my entrepreneur friends, and expected the usual number of likes and comments on it.
But when I opened up my Facebook the next morning, I
was blown away with the activity on that little post. I had hundreds of likes, comments and shares … It was easily one of my more popular posts in the last year!
So what does that tell me?
We entrepreneurs aren’t alone - not by a long shot!
When we’re plugging
away late at night , with the glow of our laptops shining on our faces, there are kindred spirits who are doing the same thing all over the world.
That’s right. We’re in every country, on every continent, in every kind of business imaginable. But we’re united by one
thing:
A passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to change the world with our businesses.
Can I
get an "AMEN" to that?!?
