The thing I love about coaching is the collaboration and cooperation between the coaches, which is much different than that in other industries.
Is there competition? Of course,
but it's nowhere near what you see in other businesses.
Anyways, she went through a long journey to get that first client. She told me that she often wondered if she was doing the right thing ... She thought about giving up ...
But she didn't, and that perseverance is starting to pay off.
You never forget that feeling from when you got your first client. I'm excited every time I start working with someone, but that's always a special one.
