I shared something in The Coaching Jungle Facebook group this week that struck a cord with the community of coaches, so I wanted to send it over in case it can help you ... 

(My apologies for talking about burgers and fries - I'm not trying to make you hungry ... my mouth is watering even as I type this!)

Keep your coaching programs simple (KISS) - if you have 55 offerings, you'll confuse potential clients!

Think about Five Guys - they keep it very simple. You can get hamburgers, fries and the odd sandwich there. They keep it simple for customers (your coaching is better for someone than Five Guys!)


I simplified my coaching packages last year. My sweet spot for best results with clients is 12 weeks. So my 12 week signature program (1:1 or group) is my main offering. Someone can work with me for a year as well, but I don't get into:


 "Well you can work with me for weekly calls at $x, or 3 calls/month for $x, but those are hourly and I have a 40 minute option ... But if you'd prefer, I have a 20 minute per month package that runs monthly except during a leap year or during full moons ..."


If you need a chart to keep your programs straight, it's too complicated.


Flatten it out, make it easy for people to understand and consume.

Keep it simple!
