All human beings face challenges, that just goes with the territory.
But some of those challenges are bigger than others, and it's those big ones that can either destroy us, or turn us into something better.
This week I had women's career coach Laura Pittman on Natural Born Coaches. About five years ago, Laura was unexpectedly fired from a job (when she was first let go, she thought it was a joke!)
In an instance, her career (and other things, like her marriage) were gone.
But Laura was able to dig her way out of it, and she now helps other women who are going through career transition and challenges.
