It's hard to build an online community ...

It can take a lot of time and effort to create content, and to get people interested in it. 

Since a lot of coaches are working other jobs as they're transitioning to coaching full-time, they don't have a ton of hours to build their communities. 

Sharnee Bennett has built a thriving one without doing all the usual things that people do.  So I invited her to come on Natural Born Coaches today to talk about online community-building.
