I wrote this on Facebook
earlier in the week, and got a lot of feedback that it helped my FB friends, so I wanted to shoot it over:

If you want to start a new business, but you have no idea what business to do, the answer is probably right under your nose.
Don't choose based on what you think will make a lot of money, or worry if it's feasible or not.
Choose something you love doing, and there's a good chance that the
money will follow.
- What websites and blogs are you addicted to?
- What book can you not wait to read when you're on your lunch?
- What kinds of YouTube videos are you watching when you get home?
- If you were stranded on a deserted island and had to talk with your volleyball "Wilson", what subject would you guys chat about?
Is it fashion? Cars? Video games? Interior design? Beanie Babies? UFO's? (now we're really getting out there, but people
do make money from their interest in UFO's!)
When you love something, the creation process will be a lot easier. You already know a lot about it, or you're willing to learn because it doesn't feel like work when you're studying up on it.
The copywriting legend "Doberman Dan" Gallapoo once told me that if he was up all night partying and drinking his face off, someone could wake him from a deep slumber at 3 am and he would be able to talk copywriting with them,
and even drop some good gems on the subject. He loves copywriting, it's in his bones ...
What do you love? Answer that question and you're on your way ...
