Just when we thought we
saw everything we could possibly see in the US Presidential election ... Alice Cooper throws his hat into the ring!
That's right, Alice Cooper - of School's Out and No More Mr.Nice Guy fame - is running for President. His slogan:
"A Troubled Man for Troubled Times"
After looking at his platform it appears as though it's being done as a gag, but it's probably a
smart one for publicity ... when was the last time you heard something about Alice Cooper? For me, it was when he had his cameo in Wayne's World.
(Actually here's a fun fact: I did spot him at Mel's Diner in Hollywood while on vacation in 2007, but I'll save that story for another email)
Anyways, his candidacy brings up an important point:
A lot of people are troubled, and need the help
of a coach.
If you can figure out what their troubles are, and can create the solution, you have the ingredients for a successful business.
The same thing goes for any business - the local locksmith, tailor, accountant, etc. Each solves a specific trouble for people, and is in business because of that.
Solve your customers' troubles, and you'll have them bowing before you while saying "We're
not worthy!" (that's from Wayne's World, remember?)
If your trouble is a lack of coaching clients, we should chat. Click here to book a call:
