R.I.P. Blab

Published: Sat, 08/20/16

I got word about a week ago that the live-streaming app, Blab, is being shut down.

It was a bit of a bummer, since I used it fairly regularly and a number of my clients had been starting to use it to get their messages out into the world.

But I can't say that I was surprised.  Lately, it seemed to be getting more and more buggy, and there were tech issues on almost every broadcast I hosted or attended.

Although Blab is dead, do I regret the time that I spend doing Blabs?

Not in the least.  I met some great people, got some clients from it, and I had a lot of fun.

The people sitting back and thinking: "Well, I'm glad I didn't do any Blabs" shouldn't be celebrating.  Even with the service shut down, those who took part are still ahead of those who sat on the sidelines.

Every single time you take a chance and put yourself out there, you gain valuable experience and connections. You get better at presenting your ideas, and that's going to help your business.

Websites and technologies will come and go, but there will always be the need to get out there when you're in business.

If you want help upping your promotional game and growing your coaching business, my upcoming group program will help you with that.  It's the last one that I'll be doing this year, here are the details:
