She doesn't really hate 1:1

This weekend I had a call with a coach who told me that she doesn't enjoy doing 1:1 coaching.

That surprised me, because I've known her for awhile and she's a good coach that's passionate about helping others.

So I asked some questions, and discovered what I feel is the reason for this:

She isn't charging enough for her 1:1 coaching!

If you're not being compensated properly for what you're doing, it's hard to stay upbeat and enthusiastic about it, isn't it?

I know that a lot of coaches say "I love coaching so much that I'd do it for free!", but try doing it for long and see how you feel about that.

The mortgage has to be paid, the car has to be paid, you have to eat ...

You'll be a better coach when you're paid what you're worth.

I asked her to imagine how she'd feel if she was getting 5x what she's currently charging for her 1:1 coaching. Would she feel different about it?

Her energy level immediately shifted, and she answered that she would.

Don't buy into the talk out there that if you're concerned about money you're "greedy" and "in it for the wrong reasons" ...

Remember, you're in business. If you bring value out into the marketplace, you deserve to be well-compensated for it.

My speciality is helping the coaches that I work with finally get paid what they're worth. If you'd like my help doing this, book a time and let's chat:

Remember - you ARE worth it,
