The cool thing about growing a coaching business is there's not just one way to do it - you can structure it however you want.

There's more than one way to skin this cat.

You can choose a model that fits your ideal schedule, your goals, and gives your clients the best results.

I had a few calls with coaches yesterday, and shared my preferred model, which works well for the coaches that I help:

I like the model where a coach works with a *select* number of 1:1 clients, has a small group program, and a DIY online program (ie: my "Your First 5 Clients" one).

You can add other things like workshops, retreats and speaking engagements down the road.

I recommend that you don't try to do too many things. If you have 10 different offerings, it's going to be hard to get traction with many of them.

You'll have plenty of time to add more offerings to grow your business down the road. Be patient and stay the course ...

If you want my help structuring your coaching business, then I have just the thing for you:

I'm opening up my next group coaching program, and there's still room.

I'll work directly with you for 12 weeks to get your coaching business going. If you're interested, hit "reply" and let me know. Or you can book a call with me to chat about it here:
