There's a funny meme that I've been seeing that has RDJ rolling his eyes with a caption:

"Here comes the 'new year, new me' crap" 

Not to knock people who have resolutions and goals this time of year ... 

But you don't have to wait until January to have them. 

And how many of those resolutions will last past this month? 

It reminds me of another funny meme that says; "I'm going to open a bar and call it 'Resolutions". It'll have exercise equipment for the first month of the year and then it'll turn into a bar for the remaining 11 months"! 

If you've been following my stuff for awhile, you know that accountability is a big theme. 

There's nothing wrong with getting help, in fact that makes you different than the people who give up on their goals a few weeks into January. 

That's why I love my group programs - it's not just me keeping the clients accountable, they're doing it for each other as well. 

They're motivated to get their stuff done, or they'd feel like they're letting the others in the group down. And that's a powerful motivator.
