It's ok to be scared

Contrary to popular belief, everyone has to battle through fears.

Look at the most successful people that you know, and I can guarantee you that they've had more fear than you realize.

For many, it's a fear of failure.

For others, it's a fear of success (it sounds strange, but it's not)

In my case, my fear was around the former.  I was afraid of failing as a coach, since I'd failed in my previous business.  I worried that the sting of past defeats would carry over, and doom my coaching business.

I finally had to push those fears out of my head, because I didn't want to regret not "going for it".

I'm reading Theatre Of The Mind by Matt Furey, and a quote from the book hit me square in the eyes a few days ago:

"You can't run toward your target if you're running away from your fear"

I'm not saying that you can't be afraid.

It's ok to be fearful, IF you use it to motivate you.  If you push past it to do big things.

Don't cower in the corner, or worry about what might happen.

Have a bias for action, and that will minimize the negative effects of fear.

If you're ready to blast past your fears, I have something for you:
