The fear of criticism holds back most in the online space. 

Let's not sugarcoat it: it sucks to put your message out there, and have strangers who live thousands of miles away run you down. 

Whether you like him or not, Howard Stern has achieved more than 99.9% of the population - and he's done it on his own terms. 

He doesn't care if people like him or not. He knows that he's isn't everyone's cup of tea, and he embraces that.
