Even though I'm "north of the border", I'm thinking about the United States and the concept of independence today.

My business is all about independence:

I love having independence with who I work with and how I set my schedule, and every day I help people become coaches and gain their independence from jobs that they don't feel fulfilled by. 

Starting a coaching business is one way to gain independence, and speaking is another way to do it ... 

A lot of the guests on my podcast have incorporated speaking into their businesses, and it's been an important revenue stream for them.
