One step forward, two steps back

It's been a rough year for my Toronto Blue Jays.

Since they made the playoffs in 2015 and 2016, I cleaned off space on my shelf this spring to prepare for the World Series memorabilia that I'd be buying in 2017.

But (to put it nicely), they've been stinkin' it up this season.

The team has 40 wins and 45 losses so far, and I wouldn't bet the farm that they'll make the playoffs.

Whenever it looks like they're turning it around by winning two or three straight games, they follow that up by losing four in a row. It's one step forward and two steps back!

My balll team is like a lot of coaches out there ...

Those coaches look like they've turned a corner by having a good month, but then they can't keep that momentum going.

It usually goes that all of their marketing and prospecting efforts result in new clients, but then they get busy working with those clients and don't keep up the activities that got them the clients in the first place.

Then they get frustrated, and one bad month can easily spiral into more.

One of the ways around this is to have someone in your corner constantly

My Secret Coach Club print newsletter is something that subscribers tell me they mark up with their highlighters and pens as they go back to it throughout the month until the next one arrives.

They implement what I teach, and they get clients. Simple as that.

Plus subscribers get the added benefit of being able to pick my brain (by email), so if anything pops up I'm there to help them with it.

If you'd like to get that kind of help with your coaching business, here's where you can get it:
