In a nutshell, I gave one piece of advice in that email:
Review your "About" page!
The About page is one of the most-visited pages on any website. Yet people fail to check and update that page. It's not uncommon to have information that hasn't been updated in several years on there.
I remember doing a podcast interview once, and for promotional purposes I
used that guest's picture from her About page.
Once the promotional stuff started getting out there, she messaged me and said "Oh god, where did you get that picture? I never use THAT one!!!"
I told her that she uses it on her About page, and she was mortified.
