It wasn't just another manic Monday ...

Since I've been coaching, I've always done most of my coaching calls on Mondays.

I felt like it made sense to get everyone's week off to a good start, so I stuck with that day.

As my business got busier, my Mondays did as well.

Until it hit a point where my Mondays were packed back-to-back-to-back with client calls (1:1 and groups). I was working from 7 am until my final call wrapped up at 9:30 pm, and then I'd have to stay up late to finish work that I couldn't get to while doing my marathon of Monday coaching sessions.

I changed things around this week ...

I was inspired after an interview that I did with two Hawaiian coaches, Kimi Morton and Pua (from "Best Life Ever"), where they told me that they don't do any calls on Mondays and that it's worked out great for them.

So I decided to give it a try this week.

I shifted my Monday coaching calls over to Tuesdays, with the exception of one group coaching call that I do every Monday night (we're far enough in that I didn't want to mess with our flow).

The result?

This week I had my best Monday in a long time.

I felt more relaxed, and although I wasn't surfing at the beach (I am in Canada here, not Hawaii!), I felt great.

My productivity was through the roof, and I got a ton of writing and content creation done.

Every coach has to decide what works best for them, but I can tell you that my experiment of blocking off Mondays works for me, and I recommend that you give it a try.

I'm launching my next 10 Clients In 90 Days group program in a few weeks, but it's going to be on Tuesdays (so it's starting November 21st).
