Before you can sell your group coaching program, there are certain questions that must be answered: 

- When will your program start and how long will it run?

- How will the calls take place? Will they be video conferencing or audio only?

- How long will each call be?

- What days will the calls be on?

- How many people will be in each group?

- What will you be including with the person’s seat?

From filling a lot of group programs,  I've worked out a great way to set them up.
