The best way to scale your coaching business in 2018

I'm hearing the word "scaling" a lot in the coaching world lately. 

With the new year coming tomorrow, coaches are working on their revenue goals for 2018 - and they want to scale up next year. 

If you want to increase your revenues incrementally, you can probably keep the same business model that you have.

Natural momentum will add a little bit to your total, but it won't move the needle noticeably. 

If you want to take your business to a whole new level, you're going to need to do something else. 

When most coaches want to make more, they increase their 1:1 fees. Or they plan on launching an online program, writing a book, doing an event. or adding speaking to their business. 

Not to knock those things (I happen to think coaches should consistently be increasing their fees), but I've discovered that the fastest way to scale up is to do group coaching. 

Group coaching is how my business exploded, and I've had the opportunity to witness it in action from helping lots of other coaches start theirs.
