Hosting a podcast is a lot of work.
Don't get me wrong, I love doing it. And
it's easier now that I have a team handling everything for me.
But for a few years I had to do everything for my podcast myself:
- booking the interviews
- editing the shows
- tagging and uploading the episodes to the hosting site
- creating the show notes page on the website
- preparing and distributing promotional images on social media
-
etc!
That's a lot of work for a podcast host to do for every single episode, but the guest doesn't have to do nearly as much.
As a guest, you show up for the interview (usually 30 minutes or so long) and then you're off - leaving the host to do the heavy lifting.
That's why I'm such a fan of coaches and online entrepreneurs getting out to be interviewed on podcasts: it's not a huge time
commitment, there's zero cost, and the ROI can be incredible.
If you're ready to get out on a lot more podcast interviews in 2018, you'll want to read the March issue of the Secret Coach Club newsletter.
I'm breaking down how I get booked on 100 podcasts every year, and I'm teaching how you can do the same.
The deadline is tonight at midnight (EST). so hop over to secure your copy while you still
can:
