A lot of coaches are hiding.
They're like
turtles in a shell, afraid of popping their heads out too much and attracting attention and criticism.
So they're playing small. They're doing just a small percentage of what they should be doing to get noticed in the marketplace.
One of the things that I do with the coaches I work with is haul them out of their shells and get their names, faces and messages in front of their target
clients.
With attention comes more business.
Sometimes a client will say "I couldn't post as often as you do Marc" or "I'm an introvert" ...
Regardless of what personality type you are, you can do it.
Charisma is like a light switch, and it can be turned off and on at will.
For example, Robin Williams was once shooting a movie in Winnipeg,
and he told a friend that he could turn his celebrity off and on.
The friend was surprised by this, since he thought everyone would recognize Williams instantly. But as they were driving along, and parked at intersections, Robins "turned off" his charisma and blended right in. Sure enough, nobody recognized him.
Later he turned it back on and was a big hit with the crowds who rushed him for autographs and
pictures.
Marilyn Monroe could do this too. She was with a reporter in New York City back in 1955, and turned her charisma off while going on a subway.
She then asked the reporter if he'd like to see her turn it back on. When she did, people around them were shocked to see a huge star in their midst, and they rushed towards them.
If you need a push to turn your charisma on and get out there, let me
help. I'm filling the final few seats for my next 10 Clients In 90 Days group program that starts soon, and it's all about bringing in new business for you.
