Last month I did something that connected me with a bunch of people who needed my help. 

Several of them purchased the online program that I just launched, and another one became a new client.  

This one action took about one minute (plus an extra minute to do another thing that greatly increased its effectiveness).

I even include that one-minute, cherry-on-top thing that bumped up its results.
