You don't have to complete your online program before you can start
selling it.
A lot of online entrepreneurs are stuck in quicksand, pulling their hair out trying to get theirs done while facing a barrage of distractions every day.
I've heard of some who have taken a year or two to finish their programs, and end up frustrating themselves in the process.
I prefer to pre-sell my programs with early bird sales campaigns.
For example, last month I started selling my new one, the Daily Email System, before I had even finished it.
I did an early bird campaign with bonuses, and was able to sell a lot of copies before it officially launched on October 22nd.
There are a few advantages for pre-selling your program:
1) You can gauge how much demand is out there for it (a lot of people are trying to sell something that the market doesn't want or need).
2) There's nothing like pre-selling something to motivate you and give you a kick in the behind to get the thing done.
I can tell you from personal experience that once copies of mine pre-sell, my motivation to finish them on time goes through the roof.
I'm not saying that it's easy - you need to know the right bonuses to offer and structure your early bird campaign the right way (for emails and promotional copy, deadlines, etc), but when done properly it works well.
Since this is something that a lot of people want to learn, I'm going to break down how I do early bird sales in the December issue of the "Secret Coach Club" newsletter.
In it, I'll show the exact steps that I used to pre-sell my newest program (with specifics).
The deadline to get it is this Friday:
