I have a few phrases that I use a lot, and if we were doing a
drinking game where you'd have to take a shot every time you heard me say one, you'd probably be flat on your keister in no time.
A few of my go-to's:
"The Mushy Middle": the place where coaches hang out and create content that never runs the risk of offending a single soul. Safe, but boring as hell ...
"Freeple and Cheaple": those in the online space who want everything for free and refuse to invest in their businesses (and are surprised when people refuse to pay them for their wares)
"You have to sell to help": you can't be shy about promoting yourself and selling your offerings, since that's how you can best help people.
And another one that I say a lot is "Feed a starving crowd" (FASC).
It was popularized by Gary Halbert, and Robert Coorey wrote a great book with that title.
It means that you find out what your target market is hungry for, and then you serve it up for them on a silver platter.
When I was deciding on what to include in the March issue of the Secret Coach Club newsletter, I employed the FASC method and looked at the most common questions that I get from coaches who subscribe (since "picking my brain" by email is a perk that I give SCC subscribers).
The most common question that I get is:
“What should I offer for a coaching package?”
Since I get that question so often, I'm going to throw on my apron, head back to the kitchen, and whip up something to fill the tummies of coaches who are starving for help with this.
In the upcoming issue, I'll be giving my method for crafting coaching packages that sell.
I've used this system for the last five years, and I've taught it to my clients ...
And I'll be teaching it to Secret Coach Club subscribers in a matter of days as well.

PS: the annual subscription will be doubling to $997 in April (anyone subscribing before then will be grandfathered in at $497)
