You need very few clients to have a successful coaching
business.
A handful would do it - as long as you're charging what you should be charging
Let's put the number "10" out there ...
With 10 clients you can do very well (I'd argue that you don't even need that many).
It's a great big world, with more than 7.5 billion people residing on this big ball floating through space.
You only need 10 clients out of those 7.5 billion+.
If I grab my calculator to work out the percentage, it won't even fit on the screen because it's such a miniscule percentage!
I once heard someone make a great point:
He said that there's only one of you in the world, and regardless of how many hours you work, there's only so much of you to go around.
If you're good at what you do you don't have to worry since the law of supply and demand will take care of things.
Yesterday I was talking about coaches needing to flip their thinking, and this is another example of that.
Instead of thinking that it's difficult to find clients, remind yourself that those few should feel lucky to have the opportunity to get your help.
