Nowadays it's popular, but back in the 1990s it wasn't much of a thing.
That's changed since Brad Sugars launched ActionCOACH back in 1993, and grew it to over 1,000 offices in 70 countries today.
Brad stopped by the "Natural Born Coaches" podcast to share the lessons that he's learned from growing ActionCOACH, and also to talk about what's inside his new book "Pulling Profits Out Of A Hat".
