A few weeks back I opened up a laser coaching program.
I decided to take just 8 clients for it, got the word out over three days, and filled all of the spots.
Since then I've conducted a number of short (15 minute) laser coaching calls with these clients, and I'm having a lot of fun with it.
But more important, I've been able to help those clients get clarity to move their businesses forward and they're already getting some cool results.
For a guy who's used to doing one hour coaching sessions, I was worried that 15 minutes would be too tight and we wouldn't be able to get what we need to get done - but you'd be surprised at the results of short, super-focused sessions.
Anyways, a bunch of coaches saw what I was doing with my laser coaching program and asked me about it.
While I'd love to take credit and say that I came up with the concept on my own, I can't ... I have Rob Goyette to thank for it.
I recently met Rob through a mutual friend and had a great call with him. During it he told me about the success that he was having with laser coaching, and I have to admit that I was skeptical ("Unlimited coaching? Just $997/year? That's crazy!")
Rob explained his system to me and showed how certain things are put in place to protect your time, enforce boundaries, and to ensure that your laser clients get the most out of the experience.
I pulled the trigger, and laser coaching is now another way that I can help clients (thanks Rob!)
If you're willing to keep an open mind, Rob has created a short (20 minutes or so) no-fluff training to teach laser coaching.
This is a recorded training, so you can watch it right away and learn how to sell your own laser coaching package.
Here's the link to watch it:
