I know, I know ... your
first thought might be; "Hey, that's just common sense Marc!"
But is it?
It's easy for coaches to fall into the trap of spending a lot of time thinking about their businesses, since they have to pay the bills and keep it running after all (and the human ego is strong
too)
We're so immersed in our businesses that it can be easy to not spend enough time considering what's weighing heavily on our clients' minds, or to simply pay lip service to that.
