The other day Tom Krol posted the following:
"Top 3 Activities of a Coaching Business:
- Helping people (marketing)
- Collecting revenue (sales)
- Client results (fulfillment)"
Tom's doing a live webinar for my community next Wednesday which will cover all of these things, but in my opinion it's #2 (sales, or getting clients) that's the most important thing for coaches.
Because without clients, you won't have an opportunity to get them results!
If I had to bet on who would do better: an amazing coach who is a poor marketer - or an average coach who's an amazing marketer, my money would be on the 2nd one ...
In a perfect world my choice would be the amazing coach, but if they can't get clients then they won't be able to show what they can do for people.
