I once read an article about Paul McCartney where he was advocating the benefits of doing "eye yoga".
Apparently he does sets of eye exercises every day, as if he's working out in a gym.
Since the eyes have muscles like other parts of your body, he
says it's a good thing to do (and the reason why he's never needed glasses, even at 80)
It sounds kind of crazy, but who am I to argue with an ex-Beatle and one half of the greatest songwriting duo in history?
Another thing I find crazy is when coaches try to build their
businesses without a plan.
It's hard to stay productive and get clients when you're just winging it.
If you're a coach looking for a plan, check out the live webinar that Tom Kroll from Coaching Inc. is doing for my community tomorrow.
