Coaches put themselves under a lot of pressure
with content creation.
I see plenty who roll up their sleeves and get going with it, but even if they manage to do it for awhile they often burn out after a few weeks, or even less.
I know what it's like to be under the gun for creating content, and I've done a lot of trial and error with it over the years until I came up with a method that works well for me (and
the clients I work with).
This system has led to almost 3000 days of daily emails to my list, over 3000 days of social media content around the various platforms (without missing a day), 866 episodes and counting of Natural Born Coaches released (and over 500 guest appearances on other shows), 86 monthly issues of my Secret Coach Club newsletter (that's 400,000+ words) and more.
