I'm partnering with Jon Schumacher for a joint venture in September.

I've known Jon for years, and I'm confident in the results that he gets for people ...

He's one of the good ones!

The same goes for most of my JV partners - I've known them for a long time, and I don't have to vet them before promoting them.

I know they're really good at what they do ...

I'm now filling my joint venture spots for this fall, and I know a lot of people who are interested in them.
