When I interviewed Steve Chandler on my podcast yesterday, he used an interesting phrase:
He recommended that coaches be "curious detectives"
If there ever was a super power for coaches, it's the ability to be *sincerely* curious.
Ask probing questions, and then actually listen to the answers (rather than thinking about what you'll say next).
Think of the person on the other side of the screen as a human being and not just a dollar sign ...
Crazy concept!
Steve's been in the coaching world for about 30 years now, and the reason he's been called "The Godfather of Coaching" is that he's a master at the curiosity thing.
He sprinkles this concept throughout his teachings in the Coaching Prosperity School, and you can currently enroll for just 10% of what coaches have paid for it when it was live and in-person.
