The other day I got a message from one of my Secret Coach Club subscribers in New Jersey, asking if I could send him another copy of the
February issue.
The reason?
It was nothing to do with lost mail (which can happen, unfortunately).
And porch pirates didn't steal it from him.
It was because his dog ate it!
He has a new puppy, and since puppies like to chew things, his got a hold of the newsletter and tore it to shreds.
In four years (and almost 50 issues) of releasing the newsletter I've never run into that before ...
Anyways, I got my printer to ship another copy out to him and fingers crossed that his dog doesn't intercept the delivery.
I treat my SCC subscribers well and I want them to succeed ... if that means shipping out an additional copy, I'll do it.
