So today I wanted to write an in-depth breakdown of how a typical client gets results in our program.
Meet Juliette-Steer.
Juliette is one of our most heroic clients and reached out to us after burning 15k on multiple high-ticket programs that didn’t deliver results.
In fact, she tried the most expensive program (10k) for 6 months straight, showed up on every call, accomplished all their assignments, and even got blocked from Facebook multiple times.
She felt horrible doing it. Super inauthentic and somehow still found the motivation to convince herself that this was the way to do it…
She almost burned herself out from working that hard, and in the process didn’t even make $1000…
And you know what the program's response was?
The response of the gooroos, after she put her life saving into this:
“Juliette you are not committed enough.”
They told her it was a mindset issue (even though she was always in the top 3 of hitting the numbers they wanted her to hit)
So with her last money, she tried one last time and ended up working with us.
Here’s what we did:
We got on a call together and created a custom plan.
This custom plan was a realistic plan, so not a plan that states making 100k, 50k, 20k, or even 15k per month…
because that’s not what we were looking for (initially).
The plan was to create a system that allows us to onboard 4 new clients per month (consistently) at 2k per client.
This might not sound like a lot to some of you but it’s the most important thing we could have done.
We needed her to reconnect with the winner effect.
We needed to spark that fire inside her belly again…
We needed her to be in line with her intuition again (authenticity).
And in order to do that we needed her to have proof of concept first.
Meaning a winning formula (that is predictable) where she knows exactly what to do, while only working 3 hours/day… in order for her to make 8k/mo consistently.
An easy way to explain the reason behind it is to look at the average multi-millionaire.
When asked how difficult it was to make their first million… some start crying or share a bit about the pain, suffering, and possibly even trauma they had to go through to achieve that goal.
But if you ask them about their 2nd million… then they all respond with something along the lines of: “Owh the 2nd million that was easy or it was much much much easier...”
So that’s the idea behind starting there…
Because once she makes 8k, she can make 16k, and if she can make 16 she can make 32.
2. We located her audience
We needed her to shift her focus from just finding pleasure in hitting the monetary goal to finding pleasure/enjoyment/progress in focussing on the system (the lead indicators) meaning what to do on a daily basis that actually moves the ball forward.
And not on the (delayed) lag indicators meaning the goal that you hit after you’ve created a system that works.
Lag indicators can be making 8k per month and lead indicators can be figuring out what the actual problem is our clients would happily pay us 5-10k for if they believed we could solve it for them…
So that’s what we did.
We located her audience.
The audience was women with chronic fatigue…
The reason being, Juliette had been bedridden for 26 years straight with chronic fatigue.
(That’s why she’s so heroic to me)
She got diagnosed with chronic fatigue and a few other serious illnesses at the age of 14 and had to endure all of them until the age of 40.
She spent £40k (pounds) on treatments, doctors, and hospital bills.
Yet nothing worked…
Until she started looking at alternative therapies, and eventually cured herself.
And that’s why her WHY was so big!
That’s why she had that fire in her belly because she knew she could help others like her.
The only problem…
Her clients weren’t even on social media, (heck Juliette didn’t even like social media herself) ...to be frank with you her clients had a hard time even opening their eyes.
And Juliette knew this!
But every time she tried to share her honest opinion she got shut down by the gurus that told her social media is the only way to go.
“You need to use Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc".!
Resulting in pain, failure, and getting close to the point of giving up.
(Don’t get me wrong, they can all work great, and we use them ourselves and for our clients…)
But if the audience isn’t there then you’re just doomed to banging your head against the wall, questioning yourself about if this is even the right thing for you.
So when we reviewed with the team, we quickly located were her actual clients were…
The end result being.
The Google search bar.
Her prospects were (with the limited energy they had) searching on Google to find a solution…
Bingo.
We then positioned her in a way that connected her story with the story of her clients, created an irrefutable offer, and showed her how to genuinely close clients via a google document or a phone call.
After that, it was setting up a simple Google ad.
She made 18.880 dollars in her 2nd month of working with us.
