From time to time I've emailed and posted some things on social media that have made someone's "blood boil"
(in their words).
I don't look at that as a bad thing.
It's good to occasionally stir the pot with your content.
I want my stuff to challenge people, make them think, make them laugh, make them happy and make them angry (it'd be boring if everyone agreed with me all the time).
I'd rather have someone paying attention to my stuff, and disagreeing with me sometimes, than not reading/watching my content at all.
Once they engage on one of my posts, they're more likely to consume the other content I release.
If you aren't getting people riled up, you're probably playing it too safe with your content - and you're getting lost in the shuffle online.
If you need a push with this, my Secret Coach Club newsletter will help.
Every month I take the filter off and let it fly (the upcoming month is an issue around the lessons I've learned from Stan "The Man" Lee)
And everything else I cover in the newsletter is done with no filter (Trigger warning: if you're easily offended, it's best to not subscribe).
If you aren't afraid of getting riled up, the deadline to get the August issue is tomorrow night at midnight EST.
