Here's how I see it:

If you don’t have a community, and are instead relying on throwing posts on your social media newsfeed and crossing your fingers, it’s like being in a tiny boat in the middle of an enormous, noisy ocean where it’s hard to be found!

But a community is like an island that you bring people to - where they get to know, like, and trust you. You’re the community leader, you make irresistible offers, and they invest to get your solution …
