Back when I launched my podcast in 2014, some people questioned whether the interview format was a smart move by me. 

Since I was inviting guests who had offers directed at coaches, the critics thought I was making a mistake by giving a platform to "competitors". 

But I don't consider my guests to be competitors, rather "collaborators"! 

And after 10 years and 900 episodes of the show (episode #900 releases on Tuesday), I'm convinced that I made the right move by inviting so many great people on the show - many who have became partners, clients, and even friends.
