A lot of people who have jobs think that they don't have time to build a coaching business on the side ...
But when you break it down, you see that there's enough time.
For example, a typical job might look like:
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Lunch: 5 hours
Commuting to and from work: 5 hours
Sleep (8 hours/night): 56 hours
Bathing/Eating: 14 hours
Kids stuff (homework, events, etc): 14 hours
Entertainment (date night etc): 5 hours
That's 139 hours, which leaves 29 free hours to commit to building a coaching business (or more time if you don't have kids, or other commitments that I mentioned)
