I was introduced to The Blasters when I heard one
of their songs played in an episode of "Billions" ...
I checked out their other stuff and I liked it.
They never got really big, but they've been praised for their musical talent.
And almost 50 years later they're still around making music, so I'd consider them a success.
Not everyone making music can be Elvis, The Beatles or the Stones, and not everyone
in business can be Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs or Bill Gates.
And that's ok.
In the words of another guy who's done ok in music, Bob Dylan:
"A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do"
