Years ago, I had a client who was very nervous
about posting online.
After a few of our 1:1 calls, I asked her why she wasn't posting anything.
She admitted that she had a hang-up since a guy she went to high school with 40+ years earlier was on her Facebook, and she was afraid of what he was thinking about her new coaching business.
No
judgement, but here's the suggestion that I gave her:
I recommended that she put her posts up, but set the privacy so that only she could see them (you're able to set your posts to "Only Me" for visibility on there)
The result?
After a few weeks of doing this she pushed past any resistance and changed
the privacy so that all of her posts were public.
Just an idea to get you past any posting hesitancy ...
